桃園：桃園市龍潭區1名罹患糖尿病77歲老翁，年初三晚間疑因就診自行騎車上國道，經過駕駛發現急忙報警，警方在國道三號北上59公里處緊急攔停，帶返隊部協助聯繫家屬，安撫老先生情緒後結束一場驚魂記。
